TownCue is a simple local event discovery app built to help people find upcoming events near them and give organizers an easy way to submit events for the community.
What TownCue does
TownCue lets users browse upcoming public events, search by keyword, filter by category, and save events they want to remember. Logged-in users can submit events for review and manage the events they created.
How event approval works
New events are reviewed before they appear publicly. This helps reduce spam, low-quality listings, and unsafe or misleading event posts. While an event is waiting for review, the creator can still see it from the My Events page.
Community safety
Users can report event listings that look suspicious, incorrect, unsafe, or inappropriate. Reports help the admin review events and decide whether a listing should stay public, be edited, or be hidden.
Before attending an event
TownCue helps surface event information, but users should always verify important details before attending. Check the date, time, location, cost, age restrictions, cancellation updates, and any official organizer information before making plans.
